Yoga has been described as the union of mind and body. Yoga combines the practice of physical posture, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation to help improve well-being.

Yoga Therapy as defined by the International  Association of Yoga Therapists is the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application and teachings of yoga.

PRIVATE AND SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS
  • This is a personalized plan with tailored in-person or virtual sessions depending on your needs. We’ll work together to set realistic and achievable goals following a 1:1 consultation and holistic questionnaire.

    Pricing:

    Initial Consultation: $150

    Private Single session: $115

  • These virtual or in-person sessions are recommended to those who share similar goals and fitness levels and wish to share the cost. Each participant will receive a private consultation, followed by a short consult with both participants to review the plan. No more than 2 participants total.

    Pricing:

    Initial Consultation: $150/person

    Private Single session: $75/person

  • Personal training sessions are available for 1-2 participants ranging from beginners to competitive, elite athletes. We’ll meet virtually or in-person to address a variety of goals including weight loss, athletic performance and pre-competition jitters, general strength, endurance, flexibility, and mobility, footwork, explosiveness, and power.

    Pricing:

    Initial Consultation: $150

    Private Single session: $115
